Delete my data

This will remove your stored OAuth tokens and cached Oura responses from MCP for Oura.

To protect against accidental deletion, you'll be redirected to Oura to confirm your identity first. We'll only delete data for the Oura account you sign in with.

This does not revoke the Oura OAuth grant on Oura's side — to do that, also visit your Oura account's connected-apps page.
